Introduction

Cyrte Listed Equity manages our investments in publicly traded companies. We have a multi-vehicle approach towards investing in publicly traded equity to accommodate both institutional and strategic investors. Our products include thematic funds, special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and Private Investments in Public Entities (PIPEs).

Cyrte Listed Equity combines our unique philosophy with a thorough financial analysis to identify investable themes. On the basis of these themes, we build focused portfolios of strategic investments across the global Telecom, Media and Technology sectors. The number of stocks per portfolio is limited in order to optimize our focused investment strategy. For each stock we build and maintain in-house valuation models using a proprietary equity risk model. We also seek active partnerships with the portfolio companies’ senior management.

Our listed equity team consists of nine investment professionals with a total of over 120 years of relevant experience. The team has thorough thematic, country, industry and company knowledge and is supported by in-house researchers.
