Cyrte Private Equity focuses on companies across various sectors, with a traditional interest in companies in the media, entertainment, telecom and technology sectors. As part of our deal-sourcing efforts, we focus on sectors and industries which are undergoing change, driven by certain social and economic trends and themes as identified through our unique, in-house research. This enables us to take a long term-view of industries and (potential) portfolio companies.

The investment opportunities we assess typically include the following: sales of family-owned businesses, divestments of non-core businesses, public-to-private transactions and companies with ambitious management teams looking for a strong financial partner. Enterprise values are typically in the range of EUR 50-300 million.
